  My first surf lesson and it was so much fun! Everything was easy to follow, Herry and Frepy were super kind and friendly. The rash guard was so cool made me feel like a real surfer girl 🏄‍♀️ Also loved that Maddie took photos of us. Such great people to learn with! Highly recommended 🥰✨

  I found Herry through a mutual friend and got in the water with him the very next day. Even though the weather was rough for Bali, he had me back out there again the following morning, his confidence was contagious. What impressed me most was how Herry read what I needed. He suggested I switch to a hardtop (I'm a longboarder), organized an incredible surf trip for us, and even connected me with a longboard coach for the day of my flight home so I could learn even more techniques and tips. I came in with ambitious goals for the week: be less scared when waves collapse on me, feel more comfortable and relaxed on the waves, nail a mini cross-step, and catch my own wave. Herry helped me achieve every single one, though I'll admit he gave me a push or two (does that still count as catching my own wave? I'm saying yes).   Best surf lessons in Bali hands down. I had so much fun surfing with Herry. I even extended my stay in Canggu so I could have more lessons! Herry is an incredible teacher, makes you feel so safe in the water and really cares about your progression. In 6 lessons I have moved from a 9’ soft top to a 7’ hard board. I will definitely be coming back to Bali, and when I do I’ll be booking in with Herry again.

  What an absolute mega surf school, I did 4 lessons and what an experience it was. Herry was an incredible instructor, patient, knowledgeable, and motivating. I progressed way faster than I expected and every session was class. I would highly recommend this school you’ll have a great laugh and an amazing experience.
