    I had a great experience learning with Shaggy! He is a very patient and responsible instructor. Whenever a big wave came and I was struggling, he was always there to help me and make sure I was safe. He also helped me with paddling and positioning, which made surfing much easier and more enjoyable. I learned a lot during the lessons and felt much more confident in the water. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to catch waves and have an amazing surfing experience.

    Really glad that my first surfing experience was with Shaggy. He's a cool and fun coach, nice and friendly. He made me feel safe and secure in the water, patiently explained and pointed out my weaknesses for my every step. He knows how far i can go and gave me motivation to accomplish greater challenges, that feels so amazing when you can balance on the board just after a couple times of attempts. Highly recommend SukaSurf and Shaggy if you are looking for beginner levels surfing lessons in Canggu! Will definitely come back for advanced classes in the future 🙌🏻

    guys, if you’re trying to figure out the best surf school—Suka Surf is the answer. honestly, their branding got me first (yep, I’m that person), so we decided to book a couple of lessons. I did 2, my boyfriend did 3. the instructors are super patient, attentive, and just overall good vibes. I used to be scared of waves, but my instructor dropped a line that completely flipped my mindset: “waves are like girls, don’t fight them—just play.” gonna remember that forever. we caught some solid waves, nailed the basics, and had the best time in Bali. already counting down the days till I’m back for more sessions with Suka Surf. 🌊✨
