  Hash family feels like family far away from home. Kevin and Hebert are some of the best surfers on the island. And Hebert is a great photographer also. Elvira is such a gem, she’s also runs the pharmacy good people and is always in such a great mood. Mama is the best cook. Papa hash has the best stories and is such a good soul, helping out the kids that don’t have it easy. They can also help you organize surf trips to telos, jogo or rockstar. I love the food. It’s super consistent and fresh. Also almost half price compared to other places. I always get their breakfast, for example the fruit bowl, pittaya bowl and the pancake. But make sure to get fresh fish or lobster dinner with them and don’t miss out on the fries, they’re too good. You have to reserve it tho before 6pm. And you have the best view on the wave, amazing spot also for a sunset bintang.

  The best place to eat, sleep and stay in Sorake. I have been all over Indonesia, this family run business is my favourite and has become an annual trip for me. ||I’ve stayed in other places in Sorake but nowhere else has the same level of hospitality as Hash.

  Let's start with the positives. This is probably one of the best places to eat along the strip of hotels and restaurants at Sorake Beach. The meals seem to be tastier and more substantial than those at the competitors. However, this isn't any great recommendation: Sorake Beach is not a place to set the taste buds tingling with anticipation.||||Also the restaurant is fairly spacious and airy. Standards of cleanliness seem reasonable, unless you are the sort who objects to the presence of a family of dogs in the restaurant.||On the down side, service is frosty. If the restaurant is crowded, they may even ignore you completely. Even so, this place outperforms most nearby alternatives.
