  Based on all the positive reviews we must have just gotten unlucky as we did not have a good experience here. Our instructor did not make me feel safe and was often very far away in the water. We made it clear that we were beginners and I was left on my own unsure of what to do. When I got pushed far out and was struggling to paddle back in after taking on water he was nowhere to be seen and another instructor had to help me. He also rarely acknowledged me when asking us questions (only my male partner) which made me uncomfortable. We were picked up on two bikes (not a car like others had been) and then told to drive one without a helmet. Would not recommend.

  Great experience getting a lesson from Sugeng. They were super responsive on WhatsApp and organised our lesson easily. Getting to the beach and getting boards was smooth and the lesson was good. He was really helpful and fun for the 2 hours in the water. Highly recommend.

  Had the best time surfing with Lowa surf! Everything was organised easily including the transport and had really good vibes in the water. Eko was a great instructor would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kuta Lombok!
