  As my second time surfing, i had a great learning experience and found this school to be comfortable for beginners. Instructions are easy to understand, good guidance was given out at sea. The waves were appropriate for beginners and the beach boys were friendly and warm. The waves were quite frequent, which meant we could get in more tries without having to paddle out too much. Conditions were good for learning. Tango, the surf school’s mascot greeted us with open arms and joined us in the sea (to catch some fish). It was incredibly fun. We were also pleasantly surprised to come back from our surf with a photographer taking pictures for us. Highly recommend the sunset surfing time, cause the scenery is just too gorgeous. Much love to gede, ozzy, and ricky for such a great experience, will definitely be back for more surf lessons.

  My wife and I went to Bali for our honeymoon and out of nowhere decided we wanted to learn to surf. We found Santai online and decided to book with them - we are so glad we did! From the moment we enquired about booking, they were beyond helpful, putting us at ease throughout the whole process. On the day they were incredible - so professional, they had incredible instructors who explained everything so clearly on the beach, and then made sure we had the best time ever once we were in the ocean! My concern was I would spend a tonne of time in the water falling off the board and barely surf, but the instructors were so amazing, both my wife and I were up and surfing within 10 minutes, we felt like superstars! Henney was also kind enough to take pictures of us during the session, and the shots were amazing! We had the best time, and can't recommend Santai enough.
