  We had a very positive experience with Wayan’s surf lessons. It was a very impromptu decision but so glad we tried. He gave us the information we needed then we were out in the water very quickly. We had an hour but were tired so probably surfed for 50 minutes which was a lot of runs! Price was 150,000 each and there was a photographer who charged 100,000 each then sent us the photos on WhatsApp. Nice easy experience. Would highly recommend Wayan.

  We learnt surfing during our stay in DoubleSix Hotel (we even returned to him when we stayed at DoubleSix hotel for the second time in 2 weeks). His shop is located just next to DoubleSix beach spot. Brilliant surfing lesson by Pak Wayan. He got me and my teenage boy standing at first lesson. His method is very detail. He is also patient in teaching (although the problem seems to be me to find balance when standing on the board). He’s willing to put extra effort and energy to ensure we can stand on the board. He also managed to make my teenage boy to like ocean and surfing (really big thanks for this). One of our consideration to return to DoubleSix hotel for 2nd time during our long trip in Bali in Oct 2021 is to return to Pak Wayan for surfing. Highly recommended for those who want to learn surfing.

  We had such a good lesson with the instructors, we had an instructor each that got us straight in and surfing and made sure we could catch the waves on our own! So glad we booked with these guys we had so much fun! Thank you!

  Group of 4 had an impromptu surf lesson. Instructors were 1:1. Everyone had a blast and the guys were so patient and helpful!
