  If you care about your surfing and are obsessed with getting better, do yourself a favor and go with Israel. This guy truly changed my perspective on surfing — from a very technical angle (biomechanics, energy storage, ocean knowledge) to something that is just as important: your mindset and confidence. Personally, I had become very stuck at my level and even gave up surfing for a while because I felt I wasn’t progressing anymore. The best gift Israel gave me was helping me rediscover why I started this beautiful sport in the first place: to have fun. Make sure your ego isn’t too big. Israel will break down — to the tiniest detail — how you surf and how you can improve. To me, it felt like I had been playing soccer for years (an intermediate surfer), but Israel made me realize I first needed to relearn how to put one foot in front of the other in order to truly get better.   What a fantastic surf coaching experience with Israel! The overall program was simply amazing and helped me to level up my surfing skills and significantly gain confidence within a couple of weeks. What makes this surf program so great is that it covers multiple aspects of surfing. While you will get very practical tools to effectively improve your surfing techniques (paddling, stand up, turning), you will also learn about reading waves, positioning yourself in the ocean, and better understand the surfing environment. Israel also brings a very special mindset to the sessions, helping you to feel more comfortable in the ocean and handle challenges while always being supportive and adaptable to your level and skills.
