  I’ve been coming back to Bali since 2022, and every single time I’ve trained with Bintang. Beyond being an incredibly skilled surfer, he has a deep understanding of tides, conditions, and exactly where to take you depending on your level and what you need to work on. What really stands out is how patient, motivating, and supportive he is in the water. Whether you’re a complete beginner or trying to improve your technique, he creates such a positive and encouraging environment to learn in. Honestly, I could not recommend anyone else to surf with around Uluwatu other than Bintang. If you truly want to gift yourself a proper surfing learning experience while in Bali, train with him.

  Bintang is such a great guide/teacher. We always go with him when we are in Bali. I am a “scared intermediate” and he is patient and understands that I can be scared. He also challenges me a bit and thanks to him I surfed Uluwatu and I had one of my best sessions. He also has a great relationship with many other teachers in the water, which creates a good atmosphere when surfing AND allows you to get several waves. I highly recommend going with him, for all levels.
