TOP Coach- GOLD Quality coaching by Scotty. I m more of intermediate surfer from Aus looking for challenge. Scotty is the Best instructor and he got me onto many many waves ( some BEST wave of thr day) even in crowded line up and guided/instructed me on many tips. He is top local and everyone respects him in water. He coaches with passion, so much knowledge and shares many tips to work on technique. I visit often n each trip I do 2 times a day with him for about 4-5 days. I can see massive improvement all thanks to Scotty's teaching. Highly recommended for beginners, intermediates, advanced levels cux uluwatu region is very competitive and without Scotty i would be with Zero waves, with scotty i was getting minimum 15 per session. All thanks to Scotty . I will b back again for next trip to do 2 times aday for a week with Uluwatu Surf School Bali - Scotty. Scotty is a very kind, hardworking, gentleman, a noble man of good strong ethics , he does above and beyond to help you improve.Las

What an experience! My first time surfing in Bali. Scotty and his team were wonderful. They spent time getting to know me and my surfing level and needs, making me feel comfortable in my ability. Over three sessions I was able to progress and improve. Thank you! I’ll be back!

Just spent the past couple weeks with Scotty in Uluwatu and was never disappointed. With such a laid back and friendly, welcoming attitude, you really don’t need to look any further if you want to learn to surf in Uluwatu. From lessons to guide sessions, Scotty is your guy! He assessed my level in one session and then kept me right every day we surfed! Whenever I’m back in Ulu il be contacting him 100% and you should too 🤙🏼

I live here in Bali and Uluwatu Surf School with Scotty stands out by far. Scotty is a true local and an exceptional surfer, known for his unique style and powerful turns. More importantly, he’s an outstanding coach: his tips on wave positioning, paddling, and especially turns are the most effective I’ve received so far. What really sets him apart is his mindset. He’s humble, authentic, and genuinely invested in your progress — you can feel this is not a mainstream, tourist-driven surf school, but real, proper surf coaching rooted in local knowledge and experience. Even in crowded conditions at Uluwatu Beach, he makes sure you get your waves. Sessions are focused, personal, and fairly priced. On top of that, it’s just a great vibe — surfing with someone so connected to the local scene makes a big difference. Highly recommended if you want to improve seriously and experience surfing in Uluwatu the authentic way.
