Got a fair quote for Day 1 around Balikpapan & Day 2 to Nusantara, then paid 500,000 Rp deposit by bank transfer. They sent me a formal PDF quotation — very professional and legit. One day before, I received the driver’s contact and a photo of our spacious Hiace Premio (fits 7 large adults). On the day, the car arrived clean and on time. Each booking is 12 hours; we started at 8 am and ended early 7 pm so we can rest and recharge early the next day. Our driver, Ghalib, was quiet, professional, and drove safely. Paid the balance after the trip via bank transfer.
