Driver Samsul was pleasant , helpful with the luggages my only comment is for the company to exhibit the guest name using paper so that the guest know that's their driver. Upon arrival we don't have Indonesia SIM card yet.. luckily enough my in law have her esim so I can contact the driver that we have arrived. other than that it was pleasant. Thank you for the services, very trustworthy.. please maintain and upgrade your services as many Bruneians will come to Balikpapan
