  Exceptional Service! Above and Beyond Expectations! We just used this car rental service for a 1-day family trip in Ciwidey - Bandung, and we were thoroughly impressed. 1. Professional and Friendly Driver (Mas Satya Anggara) Absolutely recommended! Mas Satya, our driver, was incredibly friendly, patient, and had a great sense of humor. He not only drove safely and smoothly but also acted as an informative tour guide. He provided excellent suggestions and options for delicious local eateries and hidden gem tourist spots that weren't in any guidebook, making our trip truly memorable. 2. Punctual and Reliable They were extremely precise with timing! Even for very early morning pick-ups, he was already on standby early in the hotel lobby. 3. Car Condition was Excellent The car (a Honda Mobilio) was in immaculate condition—very clean, smelled fresh, and was clearly well-maintained.   UPDATE - 21 Dec 2025 We have the car and drivers Ari and Satya for 3 days, both have been friendly and helpful, and more appreciated: the fact they were good with local knowledge and could give good advice on what to do, where to go, what to eat, also the route and traffic conditions. Both have also demonstrated a skillful driving on the challenging mountainous terrains of South (Kawah Putih, Rancabali) and North (Lembang, Dago, etc). We will contact again the next time we are in Bandung. Dec 2023: We had the car and driver for 3 days and it was a good trip. Mr Jajang was a driver with good local knowledge and experience. He was also decisive to move the car and check on us when it was raining, picked us at the entrance gate before I even called him. He was skillful when the car in front of us suddenly braked, or when navigating the narrow and steep climb on the mountain.
