  It was my first time renting a car here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We had already agreed to meet at KCIC Tegalluar at the scheduled time, but we ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes—longer than the Whoosh ride itself from Jakarta. The car was also not clean. I hope you can improve your punctuality and vehicle cleanliness for future customers.
