The rental process was smooth and hassle-free, with flexible options that suited my needs perfectly. The motorcycle I rented was in great condition and performed beautifully throughout my trip. What really stood out to me was the extra effort they put into ensuring a positive experience. They provided me with two helmets, a raincoat and even a phone holder for me that helps me to refer to the google maps easily while navigating the city. Akang Awel, the delivery guy, was friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Puteri for anyone looking to rent a motorcycle, especially tourists from Malaysia. Great prices, excellent service, and quality bikes. I will definitely use them again on my next trip!

  Best experience renting motorcycle with Puteri. Smooth process and the motorcycle was also in a good condition. I rented Vario. The delivery service was also good. Akang Aweld was so friendly and accomodating. Will rent with them again in the future. Recommended especially to all Malaysian.

  Nice. Nice. I travelled to Bandung for a Lebaran holiday and realised I needed a motorbike to explore the city. Googling it and contacting numerous motorcycle rental companies at night. Putri Rent Bike Bandung was the first to respond to my chat, and the process was speedy. Lifesavers for short-term vacationers like me.
