  Unfortunately, my experience with Raka Rental Mobil was disappointing. The rental process started smoothly, but I encountered issues with pricing and communication. The final charges were significantly different from what I initially expected, and I felt that the terms were not clearly explained beforehand. This left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would strongly recommend that future customers confirm all costs, terms, and conditions in writing before making a booking to avoid any misunderstandings. I hope the management can improve transparency and customer service for future customers.

  Booked a different but was offered a different car after 2 hours of waiting with multiple calls and chat to get response. Promised that the car is still on the road but in the end nothing. They offered a downgrade car for the same price car we booked. Wasted so much money on grab because we are supposed to change hotel that day. Wasted 4 hours of searching new car rental everywhere and it was sold out. Worst day ever
