    They don’t see many tourists, but they definitely should see more! Rented a scooter over there today for 24 hours, 130k. Powerful and reliable machine. Service was great, they showed me the bikes, I tried two and chose one, paid and the day after I brought it back. Didn’t have to pay a deposit, only a copy of my ID/Passport. Unfortunately they don’t have a English website, but they do speak English and respond very quickly on their WhatsApp number!

    Bad customer service. Tried to rent with 3 identity cards (2 e-ktp, 1 of mine and 1 of my friend, and my drivers license), they keep playing w/ their phone and doesn't seem interested with our business. In the end, after waiting for 15-20 mnts they said those 3 cards are not sufficient. Treat your customer with more respect. We are willing to pay your higher than average price and not a beggar or charity case. If you consider our identity cards not sufficient (which begs the question why do you consider 2 e-ktp to be insufficient?), please say so in the first place and don't waste your customer time.

    They are very good helping us to choose the better one to be used in Bandung. Before i choose the cheap one, but they were asking me where i would go, and the explained to me the area there and suggested the better one. Also very friendly 👍

    It's good service. Although it's a bit expensive, the service is worth it. I was here in Bandung and rented a motorcycle on Saturday.
