  Communication was easy but you will need google translate as they speak no English. They wanted to get a photocopy of two IDs, plusvhotel booking in Bandung, plus travel docs of our international flight, plus Instagram account name AND facebook account names!! I do not want others to collect so much information about me, saving all this information on their phones and risking data loss (breaches) of my personal information. For these reasons I did not rent. It was the most extreme "personal data grabbing" I had on Java.
