    Never rent a scooter with them! This company offers tours, but also can rent scooters....so I got in touch with them. At first, they tried to charge me much more than what was written on the website, then...when the guy arrived....I noticed that he was trying to rent his own private scooter making profit for himself!! I asked him if he was part of seratour company (he's the guy that I directly contacted from the WhatsApp number from the website), and he insisted that he is from the company...it's not the first time that I rented second hand scooters, I never had a problem with that, but this one....the tag for the fuel was not working, one of the helmet was broken and the compartment under the seat was not really working either (see photos). Probably the tours are great, but don't rent scooter from them as they will just try to rip you off.

    I rented car for a day in Bandung and it was okay. The service was good (by whatsapp). They sent me the car so quick yet the pick up time quite early. The price is merely okay, not that high neither low. However, the guy who delivers the car is quite impolite, so that's why I give 4 stars for overall service. Thanks

    I rented a car from Seratour and it was an excellent experience! The driver is professional, polite and know the route around Bandung! Special thanks to Wildan, the driver. The car is clean and well maintained. Thank you. Looking forward to having the next trip with Seratour again in the near future.

    Great experience using car rental with Seratour. Booking was very easy and the admin is cool haha. Price is on average side, not too low and not too high. Our driver Mr. Yanto was also very communicative, well manner, knew routes to avoid traffic and has wide knowledge of Bandung Tourism, 5/5 stars for him 👍. Vehicle was also in great condition, it was clean and well function as it can drive us through some steep roads in Lembang area 👌. Definitely gonna use Seratour again and you guys also deserve recommendation, cheers mate 🍻
