  Great service. I rented a bike for one day to go to Ijen. You only need a few liters of fuel for the round trip. I picked up a new NMAX at the harbour and dropped it off at the train station. Very convenient and smooth experience.

  We rented a scooter and I specifically asked if the brakes were in good condition, as we had a bad experience before. I was assured everything was fine. The next day, after about 20 minutes of riding downhill, the brakes completely failed. Luckily, we were going slowly, otherwise it could have ended in a serious accident. After contacting the owner, he arrived on another scooter but did not arrange any transport for us, leaving us stranded about 20 km from our hotel. My request for compensation was ignored. Very unprofessional and careless approach to customer safety. I do not recommend.
