  Rented a Toyota Avanza at the start of 2026. 300k during this period. Car is very clean and pleasant to drive, but when i got the car, the fuel tank had 50km left in range. Not a big issue but would be nice to not start my journey having to pump petrol instead of going where i want to go and pump petrol after. 200k rp with subsidised petrol fills up 3/4 of the tank, so plan ahead. Another issue is the key i received had almost no battery during the last few moments of my rental. But i'm glad they took responsibility and sent 1 guy to my location to change battery on the spot Payment is all in cash. Overall good experience. I'm sure this is one of the most "local" way of renting car as everything's done by hand and not booked through any system. Very recommended if you dont want to grab around, actually its cheaper to rent and drive yourself than grab around. Would rent again.

  Service was excellent! Driver came to pick me up from hotel to the office to inspect the car and sign the papers and also drove me back to the ferry terminal when I returned the car. The Toyota Calya was relatively new, well maintained and very clean! It was a pleasant drive and it gave no problems during the trip. I will definitely rent from this company again during my next trip to batam!

  Booking was made directly with Annie via WhatsApp. She gave me a number to call when I arrived, and sent a pleasant young chap to pick me up at the ferry terminal, but he doesn't speak much English. The rental car was a Toyota Avanza, and it works, but the tank was empty. Half a tank cost IDR100,000. The documents were all in Indonesian, so I'm not sure what I actually signed, though Anita explained the main points to me. I returned the car, and the same chap sent me back to the terminal. Quite a pleasant experience!
