  Title: Disappointing service – not recommended for families with young children. We recently engaged Willy driving service for a family trip to Batam with our four children, and unfortunately, it was a highly stressful experience. Pro: The vehicle was functional and comfortable despite being of a different model that we have selected and discussed on. Cons: Inexperienced driving skills. First day pick up, It was raining heavily, myself and the mall security had to keep instructing him to best position the car to allow us and our luggages in without getting wet; Something an experienced DRIVER should know. When exiting the mall, we held the queue up for almost 20min, he claimed to accidentally threw his parking entrance ticket to the mall and we had to wait for the parking attendant to resolved it while holding up the line of cars exiting. That was a red flag that we should have heeded and not take his service for another 2 more days. Another instance was at Batam Zoo paradise, he h

  Yes we are all humans. Mistakes one or two, sure its fine. but repeatedly leaves a bitter experience and pls note we are on vacation. My husband still paid u full for all the days. He asked for a discount on the 3rd day not cause we were cheapskate but because we were upset with the countless waiting around ( with 4 boys who were getting restless). Maybe you dont understand and dont have the empathy for parents who travel w young kids. Mine you were were w 4 kids. May it be an easier journey for you if you were to embark on a parenting journey. On the first day, there was a miscommunication. My husband informed you the day before that our ferry ride leaves Singapore at 10am and we will be having lunch and will then update you when to pick us up at megamall. When contacted, you informed him that you have been waiting since 10am and asked for an increase from 70K to 100K. But my husband didnt hesitate and just paid you; giving you the benedit of doubt.   From Singapore, whenever I plan to go to Batam, will always rent from Willy. Super convenient and very easy process. Having own car to drive around Batam for shopping loots and luggages, highly recommended!
