  Last-minute trip, 5 pax from Malaysia. We made no prior arrangements with them, we only contacted them when we arrived in Batam at 5pm. But by 8pm, four bikes were waiting for us at our hotel in downtown Batam - 4 like-new Honda Beats. The booking, handover, and instructional process was smooth, easy and hassle-free. Our WhatsApp queries were promptly entertained and dealt with. What impressed me was their quick response time in giving us 4 bikes with no prior advance notice. The rates were more than reasonable and the handover process was equally smooth. The bikes gave us no problems, and the staff at Ilham were warm, friendly, courteous, and above all, professional. These guys know how to take care of their customers. Will definitely use them again when I return to Batam. First-rate service all the way! Terimakasih, bapak bapak sekalian.
