  I rented a bike here for six weeks and am a pleased customer. My first bike had some electrical issues while I was outside of Ubud. Just 30–35 minutes after I reached out, a mechanic arrived at the spot and helped me out—exactly as promised when I rented it: “Any problems, we help you.” Much appreciated, and the mechanic was very kind. The owners also speak English at a fluent level, which makes everything easier for everyone. Highly recommended!

  I just came back from one week in Bali, it was my first time there. I was staying in Canggu and a Google search let me to Canggu bike rental and am I happy it did. The owners Gordon a Kiwi and his wife Vewi a local were the perfect combination to give me all the information I needed. I was very impressed when I seen every bike they had was practically brand-new and in impeccable condition. For me, what was important was having something reliable, especially because I planned to go to some very remote countryside places and there was no question here about that. Of course as a tourist we will all use Google Maps to get around so every bike having a phone holder mounted on the handlebars is awesome. My bike also came with a good quality, spotless clean helmet. Another thing that gave me a lot of peace of mind because I was new to Bali was is in the unlikely event somebody should steal my bike they are able to remotely shut it down and locate it with GPS.   I rented a Honda ADV (very new - last year when I was in Bali, I rented from other companies and the bikes were falling apart or had bad brakes, poor brake lever tension) for a month and a half. The service has been excellent. The attention via WhatsApp was extremely quick. Payment can be made through a link very comfortably, and in less than an hour, they deliver the bike to your accommodation if you are within a nearby radius. They also offer a pick-up service at the end of the rental. If I ever return to Bali, I will definitely repeat.

  Gordon and his wife run the rental company. They rent out great bikes for a very decent price, my personal favorite is the NMAX 155. Gordon with his background in the bike industry is very keen on maintenance. So even for the somewhat older bikes you do not have to worry on safety, they're all in tip top shape. I've rented now twice from these guys (rental for a month)and will do without any hesitation again in a few weeks. Besides running a great shop they also very social people, contribute to the local community in varies ways. On top of that they are lovely folks.
