    We recently hired a scooter from WA Rental Bike 1 for our holiday in Bali, and it was a fantastic experience. The rental process was easy, and the bike was clean and exactly what we needed. They even provided a helmet for our young daughter, which was a huge plus. Unfortunately, we had a minor accident when the bike fell over, causing some scratches to the paint. After hearing horror stories about tourists being scammed in similar situations, we were quite nervous. However, this was not the case at all with WA Rental. The owner was incredibly understanding and kind, reassuring us that it wasn’t a problem. We forfeited our bond, which was very reasonable, to cover the cost of repairs. More importantly, the owner was genuinely concerned about our safety and was just relieved that no one was injured.
