    Affordable and reliable, they reply quickly in whatsapp. The scooter came with very usedul rain jackets and pants (Bogor is rainy). A bit difficult to find, but if you ask to any shop owner around the pinned position in GMaps, they will direct you to them.

    Great place to rent motor when in Bogor. Very friendly and helpful owner. The owner also suggested some places that we should visit while in Bogor. The scooter I rented was a vario 125cc which was in a very good condition and gave me no problems.

    I had a very disappointing experience with KANGSEWA Bogor. I rented a motorcycle from them recently, and the whole process was frustrating from start to finish. Firstly, the bike I received was in poor condition. It was dirty and clearly hadn’t been maintained properly. The brakes were squeaky, and the tires were worn out, which made me feel unsafe throughout my ride. When I brought these issues up to their staff, I was met with indifference and no real attempt to address the problems. Customer service was another major letdown. The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. When I asked for assistance or a replacement bike, they were dismissive and made no effort to resolve the situation. Additionally, the rental process itself was disorganized. There were hidden fees that were not communicated upfront, and I had to deal with several unexpected charges when returning the bike. Overall, I would not recommend KANGSEWA Bogor. There are plenty of other rental services in Bog
