    The car was not what I ordered. I asked for the car to be clean and smells nice as it was for a wedding but it was completely the opposite. It was very expensive for a terrible car condition but we had no choice because the company changed the car last minute. The driver didn't understand the road and where to go. My family was dissapointed and not satisfied at all. Please be more customer oriented!

    I hope u can learn about what a good hospitality is. I already pay everything that said in the invoice you sent me ( Rp 1.100.000 to your account) and then you asked a deposit payment for the same amount of money which no one told me about the deposit before. And I ask nicely “boleh ngga kalau depositnya dibayar pas unit datang? Karena sebelumnya ga ada info APAPUN mengenai deposit yang harganya sama kayak harga sewa.” and what? You got angry haha. Kalau mau usahanya panjang, sama customer harus balance, saya juga ga akan kabur dan ga bayar kok, pasti saya bayar pas unit datang. Kecuali anda info dari sebelumnya bahwa ada uang deposti, ya pasti saya bayar juga bersamaan dengan yang sewa. And to be noted ya, saya sewa ini sekalian sama supir dari anda. Tapi situ malah marah-marah dan maksa uang deposit harus dibayar duluan. Saya bisa aja bikin ini urusan jadi panjang. Good luck.
