    After deciding on accommodation and then sites to visit on a recent trip to Candidasa on Bali's north east coast, the next step was to organise transport. Candidasa Transport have a convenient online form to fill out and Ayu replied to me within 24 hours. Moving to WhatsApp, I explained the places and dates we wanted to have the services of a driver. She replied in a short timeframe with reasonable prices for each day, which I accepted. On the morning of our first trip Ayu came to the Hotel and introduced herself, a very professional thing to do and a welcome personal touch. She then introduced us to Mr Suda our driver who was also waiting in the car park. We had 3 days of trips planned and Mr Suda drove us for the first 2 days. He was always pleasant, careful and patient including guiding us around some sites and giving plenty of time for photos. On the 3rd day Ayu's father in law was our driver and again looked after us well. I was very happy with the service that Candidasa Transport

    We spontaneously booked a short tour with CT. Everything went great. Good car, good nice driver, fair prices. In the evening I realized that my wallet must have slipped out of my pocket in the car. With the help of our hotel, I called them immediately. Although everything was already closed, the manager came by immediately and spoke to the driver on the phone. Finally, he also came by and brought me my wallet. Everything was still inside. Dear CT team, many, many thanks for your great help. A really trustworthy and recommendable company

    We have used this company multiple times. They have proved to be reliable, always punctual, with good communication for booking via what’s app. The drivers we have met have all been very welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. The cars are in great condition, and very clean and we have felt comfortable with safe, calm drivers. Would highly recommend for transport / transfer / tours. Thank you 🙏🏼

    We did multiple trips with Candidasa Transport, mostly with their young driver, Adi. Organisation via What’s App with Ayu was straight forward and she was prompt with her replies and prices were competitive. Adi was always punctual, friendly and courteous. He has excellent driving skills and we always felt safe on our often long journeys. We will use this service again next time we are in the region.
