    Not a new bike . Lots of scratches due to falls . It’s expensive compared to other rental . But it’s very well maintained. Taking over near the airport was very smooth. Bike is powerfull . I have no problem during the 4 days of usage. Overall I’m very happy with this rental service.

    Excellent, reliable and trustworthy. They delivered the bike to my accommodation exactly on time and picked it up exactly on time to return which was impressive considering we were based on the other side of Bali in Sanur. All handled digitally. Bike was in good condition and communication on WhatsApp and email was excellent throughout. Good value for money. Recommended.

    Great bike, clean, new helmets. They delivered the bike and picked it up at our hotels, very convenient!! The e-sim option was also good, cheaper than buying a sim at the airport or in town and they guided me through how to set it up!! Highly recommended!!

    Edit 3: 3 hours?! Yeah right. Now I know you are unserious. I can post my grab away from your place😂 Keep lying, and people keep staying away. Both expensive and rigid. Would expect this from low tier place, not an “international standard”. So my recommendation guys, is to go to somewhere cheap, where you can get a scooter for 50-100rp per day, you get the same terms as here, just with a lot more smiles ;) Edit 2: Thank you for your reply. A few key points are incorrect. Yes, I signed the waiver, but no terms were verbally explained as you claim - but alas it is legally binding. I also did not return the scooter to rent a car. We turned back after about five minutes because my girlfriend felt unsafe, and the scooter was returned immediately, undamaged. We asked to end the rental reasonably, but your staff refused. I deny any inappropriate or rude behavior. Frustration over poor service is not disrespect. Lastly, a refund only became possible after I deleted my negative review. Wha
