  We had a great experience with Milky Way car rental. We toured Bali. The car was promptly delivered to the hotel and picked up at the agreed-upon pick-up point. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. The car an Toyota Agya was a perfect car for our tour. And the price was also very good compared to other rental companies. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service and excellent communication!

  Great service and transparent T&C by the team. Reminded us many times during rental that the insurance does not cover 3rd party. The Honda brio is in great condition, nimble around Bali streets. Team is flexible and communicative during pick up and drop off, fuss free, especially if you have full coverage. Would recommend for anyone seeking car rental in Bali.
