  Good bikes, good people! We rented nmax, it was good, no problems. As we brought bike back, we forgot a phone inside. We were in a rush, because we had a plane, so we didn't notice a message of rental owner about phone. Then the owner came to our guesthouse himself and brought the phone! It was so kind! I add photo to see the bike :)

And their team is so nice and accommodating. Plus points for making payment by card easy (they bring the terminal to you during delivery!)
