  They don't provide car with insurance. So everything will be ok until you have a problem and then it will be 100% from your pocket. Take a car rental from a platform with car insurance. I was stopped. A truck hit the car and went away. The result: I had to pay IDR12M. I learned my lesson. Don't make the same mistake.

  I am from Singapore & at first was hesitant to rent but reviews here are good! Indeed the response time was almost immediate & Dian give me the exact pricing, break down & in case of accidents etc… all detailed. Although ppl said are hard to drive in Bali but would get used to it fast. If have driven in Penang, France or many places, here are ok. Just do due diligence & video the car when collecting. Is the experience of driving around but some places do have their challenges. Overall, good service & transparent.

  This rental car service is amazing. The people working there are really kind and professional, very flexible. Car was in good technical condition. They are offering pickup/delivery to address. Price was really good. Highly recommend!

  We rented a car for 5 days and 4 nights. At first, everything was fine the car ran well and the handover was smooth. But on the second day, the car suddenly wouldn’t start, and it turned out the “aki” was broken. We contacted them right away, and luckily they were responsive and took responsibility. They came to us and replaced the car. However, the second car smelled really bad strong cigarette smell, and both of us are super sensitive to that. It was uncomfortable. So, the next day we asked to return the car. However they apologized and came again to replace it with another car, this time it was clean, no bad smell, and ran well. But… the gas was almost empty, while our previous car still had quite a bit of fuel left when we returned it. That part was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I give them 4 stars. It was quite a ride (literally 😅) some ups and downs but their responsibility and quick response helped make it better in the end. Hopefully they’ll be more attentive about these de
