I rented a little automatic Toyota Agya for 23 days to explore Bali and it was a great little car and service from I Wayan was second to none, a real Gentleman and very understanding when I was having issues with my bank and credit card.. couldn't recommend enough 👍

We rented a car from Bali Island Car Rental for a 7-day period and couldn't recommend them more! We corresponded early before our arrival and everything met our expectations: fast replies to queries, great price and all as expected. When we arrived it was fantastic friendly service, he met us at arrivals and helped with luggage. Car was available in the parking with fast process and clear understanding on toll card, drop-off & fuel. Proactive on communication and flexible with the car drop-off. Excellent service and thoroughly recommend.

We rented a car from Bali Island Car Rental while staying in Bali, and I can confidently recommend this company to everyone. The service was very professional, hassle-free, and the cars were of high quality. Support was available 24/7 throughout the entire rental period. The car was delivered to the location of our choice, no prepayment was required, and no security deposit was requested. The return location was also chosen by us, and everything worked perfectly.

Incredible car rental experience, I rented this car for 9 days to drive around Bali. I didn't want to drive in Denpasar, I was afraid of the traffic 😀 and chaos that the roads are. I told Bali Island Car Rental that I wanted to pick up the car on the west side of Denpasar, out of most of the traffic, they recommended a location, met us there and turned over the car. Great service, easy transaction. The car was incredible, thank you, will contact you for another rental when I return to Bali next.
