  I recently rented a car from BMC (Bali Matic Car Rental) and had a great experience. The booking process was smooth, and everything was well coordinated. A special mention to Ivan, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He ensured the car was delivered on time and explained everything clearly, which made the process very easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for daily travel. Pricing was fair with no hidden charges, and both pickup and drop-off were hassle-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend BMC to anyone visiting Bali.

  + the personnel is very friendly and helpful + flexible pick-up and drop-off, flexible location and schedule, you can pick whatever time and location. - extremely bad car condition, all-round scratched, dirty inside with cheap seat covers that stinks, disgusting smell and car requires lots of maintenance (suspension, gearbox, mirrors, lights, wipers, etc) It is important that I’ve informed about my requirements in advance and asked for a fresh and tidy car. - tricky pick up could lead you in a lot of trouble - pick up point is a dark parking near the airport where you’re simply not able to spot all the damages on the car , so if you don’t make an highly careful check before the ride, there is a change you can get charged on drop-off for something that was already existing. - 450,000 IDR a day for a barely driving Xpander turned out to be at least 30% more expensive than a real local rent offers, without consideration of the car condition which sums up to nearly 2 times more expensive

  We rented a Toyota Rais for 16 days. As agreed, the car was delivered to the airport at night, just in time for our flight. We also returned the car at the airport, which was very convenient!) We quickly signed the contract, paid the fee, and got on our way. Thank you so much for the car. P.S. Please note that there is no fuel at gas stations on weekends, so we had to pay a penalty.

  rented Toyota Raize for 10 days and it was such a nice experience for us driving on the left lane with right side driving for the first time. And the car was so nice too. Ivan was so cherish and gave tips, directions to discover the Island. If you are traveling with your wife and looking for the best rental service, and the car, Raize and BMC rental are the best choice) But, be aware of scooter parkings in the small roads and other
