  Renting a car with Bali Access Car Rental was an altogether very good experience. Administrative procedure, condition and cleanliness of the car, and the smooth return of the car at the airport were all excellent. I particularly enjoyed the competence and friendliness of Pak Surya.

  I tried to book a car twice, and both times failed. The first time, the company was very responsive, but at the end of the day, they said the car I initially requested was already booked and they had no other cars available. It felt like they decided not to work with me for no clear reason. I’m not sure why they wasted my time. A week later, I tried again. They asked when I needed the car but never replied after that—another waste of time. I’m not sure if they don’t serve non-citizens or if their booking service needs fixing, because their car selection, prices, and terms are looking good.

  Pak Surya was incredibly helpful, saving my trip after a last-minute cancellation. This car rental service is reliable, with clean cars and excellent customer service.

  I found this company via trip adviser and got the car.It was excellent ,very good in condition and most important it was very good for family ride.According to email conversation & photos of the car, I got the same car with reasonable price and discount also. Self driving in Bali i would recommend for those who wants to move with family. Its safe and I didn’t face any difficulties.All roads had banners with road directions...only thing i would suggest that everyone should use google map .In this aspect my elder daughter helped me a lot.My family members were very happy which made me happy...
