  Really impressed with this car rental place. I was let down last minute by another company, contacted EBCR and arranged a car to be delivered the next morning. So simple, no hassle, just took photo of driving licence & passport, paid 600k IDR for 2 days rental for a Honda Brio and off I went. Communication with Kadek was great, he checked in the night before to see if I wanted to extend or have the car picked up as agreed. On the day car was picked up at an alternative spot as I had plans, this was no problem for Kadek. Car was clean and ran perfectly. I will definitely use them to hire a car again in the future. Thanks Kadek!

  Absolutely impressed with the car rental service I used during my trip to Bali. The team was incredibly efficient from start to finish, and the car they provided was in excellent condition. Their communication was prompt and they even went the extra mile by dropping off and picking up the car directly from where we were staying.
