  We had a great experience with Esia Rent Car Bali. Their prices were reasonable, good car and most of all, we love our driver. The front office was very communicative about our bookings (we had two of them for 11 days) and all went smoothly. Aru, our driver was always either on time or early to pick us up and knows Bali very well. He has been a driver for years and knows all the great places to go to. You tell him what you would like to do, he'll give you options and take you there. We will definitely use them again the next time we're in Bali.

  Star of the service was our driver, bli Ngurah. Outstandingly patient, soft-spoken and polite, as well as always ready and on time never to miss a message or a call. Bli Ngurah would go above and beyond to explain cultural aspects in Bali and also introduce us to local delicacies, attractions, etc. It was never a boring ride with all the great chats. The car is always in an impeccable condition, clean and pleasant. Highly recommend requesting to have bli Ngurah as your driver, guaranteed you will not regret it. He also actively took back routes and shortcuts, striving to get us wherever we needed to be as fast as possible. 12/4/24- second time with this company. We requested and got bli Ngurah as our diver once more, and the experience was exactly as expected. Helpful, friendly, and efficient.

  I get fraud from another number were using this company name and after I ask them for confirmation they don't even care. I really know that was my mistakes but why they don't even want to aware about that things as the fraudster really create an invoice under their name and it's really bad also for their image, isn't? They even blocked after I make sure about those things. Is that make sense? Why they block me if they didn't do anything wrong? Too suspicious!
