    I had the opportunity to rent a small city car to explore the island and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained and in good condition when it was handed over to us. There was a minor issue with the car during the rental period, but after informing the agency, they handled the matter professionally, acknowledged it promptly and assured us that there would be no deductions from the security deposit. Speaking of the security deposit, the refund process was smooth and efficient. I received my full deposit back within 6 working days, exactly as promised. Overall, the service was reliable, transparent and customer-focused. I would not hesitate to rent from them again and will definitely choose them when I return to Bali. Highly recommended!

    Great service and Great communication. The friendly staff Alit upgraded the car that I had booked on seeing that we had a lot of luggage and gave us a bigger car. The car was in good condition, it was neat and had no mechanical issues. For foreign travellers , please note that It's a good idea to recharge the e-money card at the nearest convenience store as soon as you start. There is normally a fee if you choose to pass through a toll gate. E-money card is the only form of transaction. The rental car conveniently came with the card.
