  Worst service car rental... I have rented it many times and intend to become a customer but still can't respect the customer... I've booked a car 3 times in advance and already paid 50%, but on the day of the day the booked car wasn't available and I was asked to rent a much more expensive car (3* in a row*) Accused of smoking in the car in the back seat even though no one used the back seat from the start of the rental until the end of the rental... at least please shower and check the condition outside and inside of the car before accusing the customer...

  We rented the car for one week. The car was very clean and worked perfectly. We had a very helpful and friendly contact via WhatsApp and also an extension of the renting period was no problem at all. We recommend Inka Rent a Car for all that want a small car on Bali.
