    Rented 1 vario and 2 pcx. Very price friendly, motorbikes are in good condition, and able to deliver free of charge to certain areas in Bali. To add, the contact person (Kak Putra) is incredibly responsive, very friendly, and super helpful. Thank you so much Kak Putra! Highly recommend and would give 6 stars if i could!

    It's always a fuss free experience with SBW. Their scooters are in great condition and they're quick to resolve issues if any. The owner is really flexible with his rental duration as well, something I really appreciate. Highly recommended for sure! Will always be renting from you guys whenever I'm in Bali.

    I'm honestly speechless. We rented a bike, and after some time, the staff informed us they had already rented it to someone else. They took the vehicle back, leaving us stranded on the street with no alternative solution. As a result, we lost our entire first day of holiday. To make matters worse, the owner left and passed the situation on to employees who couldn’t speak English, making communication nearly impossible. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to help us find a solution. I'm not giving 1 star only because, in the past, I had rented a scooter from them at a fair price and everything went smoothly. That past experience convinced me to give them another chance but today’s experience was shockingly mishandled. We had paid the full amount, signed the contract, and then they simply took the vehicle away from us. By then, it was late at night and we couldn’t find another rental option. The person we dealt with was clearly in a bad mood and showed no interest
