    Very professional and value of money car rental service in Bali. Prices were one of the best from my search. Very responsive through WhatsApp. Rented a car for 4 days. Pick up and drop off was smooth and on time at the airport. Car was clean. No issues with the car, well maintained. Tips given to drive in bali were also useful. Also rented a driver for a day. The driver was courteous and on time. Overall highly recommended, look no further if you want to rent a car, reliable and honest company.

    I recently rented an automatic Honda Brio and overall I’m very happy. They were very responsive, the car was clean and unfortunately a guy on a scooter with no lights drove into me, damaged the front bumper and never stopped. I was assuming they would keep the whole deposit I had given, but after looking and being very honest they said it would cost just 10% of my deposit to fix it. The reason I am not leaving 5 stars is because when I got the car, there were some issues that I think should have been checked before hand. The rear left seatbelt did not work. There was not enough air in the tyres, I had to stop and pay to inflate them. Underneath the car there was a piece of plastic hanging and rattling against the road. The noise it made was somewhat disturbing. Thanks very much Bali Mutia Car rental, overall I’m very pleased and will rent again from you when I come back to Bali.

Pick-up at the airport was effortless, and returning the car at the end of the trip took literally two seconds — absolutely no hassle. We drove everywhere during our trip: Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Kusamba Port, Sidemen, Selat, Mount Batur, and even the hilliest road I’ve ever driven — the one going up to Camaya Bali. The car handled everything smoothly, from tight city streets to steep mountain climbs. It was genuinely fun to drive through all those different terrains. Communication with the team was always fast, clear, and professional. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because the car looked a little funky, but after a day of driving it, I realized it was actually perfect for the island vibe. It grew on me instantly.
