  I had a great experience renting a scooter from this company. I rented a Yamaha XMax for one month. Before choosing them, I compared several rental companies, and this was the one that offered the fairest price. The scooter was in perfect condition, both mechanically and electrically, and everything worked exactly as it should. … was also excellent to deal with Agus. He is very polite and open to help, communicated very well in English, which made everything easy. Since I was staying nearby, he even delivered the scooter directly to my accommodation, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a perfect rental experience without any problems. The only thing I never understood was that he never replied to my last messages when i need to return it. I left the scooter at my guesthouse, and sent several messages with all the details and instructions.   This rental shop is the best. Agus is kind enough to deliver the motorcycle and also has insanely great prices. I’m not sure but this guy is just very kind and welcoming. Agus even swapped me a brandnew Nmax that has 16km in it. If I’m gonna return to Bali, I’ll definitely choose them all over again. You can try other rental shops but I don’t think that they can match the service and top notch attitude of Agus.

  Highly recommend this scooter rental place! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. I rented a scooter for two days, and the price was very fair. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. At one point, another vehicle accidentally scratched my scooter and the owner immediately came over to help handle the situation. He arrived so quickly and was extremely responsible and supportive, which made a stressful moment so much easier. I’m super grateful for how helpful he was. Also, btw, his dog is adorable! Such a great rental experience overall — I would definitely rent here again and recommend this place to others.

  We rented an NMAX from Agus and had a great experience. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. He also recommended some great places to eat in the area and shared useful road tips, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and highly recommended. We will definitely rent from him again when we return to Canggu.
