  Hired a car from them for four days. When returning the car they did a check over the car and said there was 5 new marks on the vehicle. However a useful tip when renting vehicles always make a video of the car before leaving. I showed my evidence of the scratches already being there. The guys who did the check list agreed and said it was there mistake. However when trying to return the deposit they started playing games. I don’t think this company is trust worthy. Money hungry will find any small excuse to try and take more money from you. AVOID!

  our family hired a self-drive cab (model toyota innova reborn) in a week for a personal inquiry. among heaps of car rental companies in greater Jakarta, one of our biggest concern on opt Andi Car Rental is due to their reputation and credibility. i acknowledged this on their social media (tiktok and instagram), they even has their own office with billboard and their own legal entity (PT), making every payment is directly at one portal and worry-free. price is reasonably faired and their admin is quite responsive. payment is made upon the car delivery. if you are looking for a trusted car rental company, please consider this boy one!🌟
