    Not a trustworthy rental company. They charged a deposit on my card for more than the cost of the entire rental. Then returned the car on time and told me the car was good with no issues. Now next month already and they still keep the deposit. Only say they maybe will get to it later. They will charge you right away, want you to return the car on time, but not responsive for returning what they owe you on time. I had to open a dispute with the credit card company. This is not standard practice for international rental car companies. No problem with Avis in other countries but avoid these scammers at all costs.

    I travel alot but First time in Jakarta. I rented a car from avis. and I also rented a car from another company. No comparision avis was a 5 star service better cars, better prices and superior service. They provided a driver at an excellent rate. And their representative Indah Sri Wahyuni was very professional and helpful. She even managed to buy and diliver an item I needed to my hotel while I was in was out of town. defintley 5 star service and I will deal with again when I come back

    I'm a seasoned traveller and rent cars from all over the world, so when I arrived and couldn't find a rep or Avis booth it didn't bother me too much. Eventually I made my own way to the villa and the car was delivered to me next day. Can't fault the customer service or car but only giving 4 stars due to my reservation being forgotten!

    Service was great and efficient! I had some questions during my stay and they were answered efficiently over WhatsApp. Great team and I’m definitely getting their rental cars when I next return.
