  I've rent twice, first was a silver xsr 155, the quality was bad the handling was bad and suddenly the right sign lamp doesn't work, the second time i rent a keeway 250cc black, the chain was very noisy and the speed was very slow, on the 2nd day suddenly unable to start the engine, and there's no resolution from the rental, but to towed away the bike, and i even haven't fully use the bike, and there's no refund

  Will be the first and only experience renting motorcycle here. Since the beginning, administrative and registration stuffs took a lot of time and so many process, they even had to call my emergency number and keep my KTP during the rental. Even if I rent a car in other place, the process was not as long as this place. The second issue is, when I returned the motorcycle, suddenly there is a scratch in the body of that bike. I am pretty sure I drove carefully and was not crashing or touching anything, but unfortunately I cannot prove it to them since I don’t have video before I returned the bike. So they took the money from my deposit. Then, the most irritating issue is, refund process of the deposit is taking many days to complete. It takes 4 days just to refund! I don’t know what they do with the money. And they didn’t let me know that they have transferred it until I asked it by myself. I am asking the contact person in Whatsapp but it is very slow response and it’s very bad customer
