Arranged a last-minute rental via WhatsApp. Super friendly people. They dropped the bike off at my hotel. No deposit in cash or ID card needed. My bike was very new, drives well and is quiet. Staff took the time to explain to me how the electric key/lock works, and made sure I was able to drive the scooter before leaving it with me.
