  I strongly advise against renting from this scooter company. I rented a scooter for about a month. After only two weeks, the owner called me and told me I had to exchange it because it supposedly had a mechanical issue, even though the scooter was almost brand new. Looking back, I believe this was part of their scam. They then brought me another scooter that was in terrible condition. The employee who delivered it kept saying he was in a huge rush and left almost immediately, giving me no time to inspect the scooter properly or record a video of its condition. When I returned the scooter, they accused me of causing a scratch that was already there when they gave it to me. They then tried to charge me for it by showing me a video of the scooter when it was brand new, right after they bought it. That proves absolutely nothing about the condition it was in when they handed it over to me. In my opinion, this company tries to charge customers for damage they didn’t cause. If you’re a to

  super easy rental, fair prices & quick response time. I rented a scooter for 8 days, they dropped it off at my accommodation and picked it up after, avoiding the hassle of return times. i had an issue with the brakes and they immediately had it fixed. they very kind and offered transport services as well! would definitely rent from Babol again!

  Fuss-free rental from Babol Scooter. No documentation required & they’re so trusting. Just WhatsApp them & can transfer via Wise. They delivered the scooter right to our hotel & picked it up as well. We rented it for 2 days & they didn’t chase us for the return. Helmets were provided but the visor was scratched so it was hard to see at night when the lights shone at us. Scooter was relatively new & functioned well. Thanks.

  Very disappointed with my experience renting a scooter from this company in Lombok. When I received the bike, it had basically no fuel in it, so the very first thing I had to do was find a petrol station. I then got stuck due to the gas station being closed and waited over an hour for them to sort fuel out and ended up being charged an unreasonable amount for it as well. The scooter was also advertised as coming with a phone holder, but they struggled to provide one and it became a hassle just trying to get what was promised in the advertisement. To make matters worse, after returning the scooter they tried accusing me of scratching the bike. Luckily, I took a full video of the scooter before renting it, which clearly showed the scratches were already there. Overall the service felt unprofessional and stressful. I’d recommend future renters take detailed videos/photos before leaving and be careful dealing with extra charges.
