  Renting a motorcycle from Bibin was great! I needed one with a phone holder and surfboard rack, and his had both. He delivered it to our homestay and also picked it up the day we departed. I rented an Nmax because my girlfriend had to sit on the back, and with the Nmax that's just more comfortable. First we received an Nmax which was a bit older but still in great condition. When I extended the rental for another week and told him we were driving to the north of Lombok to go to the Gili Islands, he offered to exchange our Nmax for a brand new one to make sure it was 100% reliable during the long drive. Absolutely amazing customer service! I always do a lot of research to find the best rental prices (yes, I'm Dutch, can't help it!😅), and his rental price is excellent too. I would definitely recommend renting from Bibin. Thanks and see you again if we ever return to Kuta 😁

  Best service in Kuta, dropped the bike to the hotel, came back to pick it up. Really trustworthy and professional, good and flexible prices, definitely recommended
