    I rented a bike from here - the engine busted. They gave me a new bike though. Even with inconvenience no discount. They charge a ton higher than hostels for bikes. And they gave me a tough time when they didn’t have change for 20k. Definitely rent somewhere else if you want good customer service and prices. Only thing they have going for them is convenience.

    We booked a transfer from the ferry harbor to Kuta Lombok and were clearly told that the price was per car, not per person. However, when we arrived at the office, there were other tourists who were also heading to Kuta. As soon as we started speaking with them about possibly sharing a car, the staff became noticeably unfriendly. Suddenly, the pricing changed and we were told the rate was no longer per car. They also refused to let us share a vehicle, despite available space. The situation felt uncomfortable, and we were put under unnecessary pressure to accept the new conditions. The communication was inconsistent and the handling of the situation felt unprofessional. A transparent and customer-friendly approach would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed.

    These guys will try to rip you on anything when you return the bike, especially scrapes or cracks in plastic. Take a good video when you get the bike, or just say no.

    it was one of the worst experiences of my trip. As soon as I returned the bike, they started pressuring me to pay an absurd amount of money for a tiny, barely noticeable scratch in the paint — they demanded 1,000,000 IDR for something you could hardly see. It felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I’m a tourist and don’t know the real procedures or fair prices. The way they handled the situation was unpleasant, aggressive, and completely unreasonable. There was no willingness to discuss things logically or assess the damage in a fair and transparent way. The whole situation felt like an attempt to squeeze extra money out of visitors rather than provide honest service. In short — I absolutely do not recommend this place. There are plenty of trustworthy rental companies in the area, and it’s better to avoid those who put tourists in situations like this.
