  Super experience with Vibeslombok! Nice, clean car, easy communication and drop off and pick up. We had a minor issue with a battery and couldn't drive, but the owner was helpful and sent help within 1 hour. They changed battery and we continued. Thus was very well sorted and we were taken care off, which is the best evidence that this rental company will look after you when you're in trouble. We highly recommend it! Thank you guys 🙏

  Awesome rental car experience. Car was so new and clean. Drop off was seamless, they were able to meet us at our hotel and same with drop off, they met us at the harbor to pick up the car. So flexible too which we really appreciated as we were able to change our drop off date. thank you!

  We rented a car for one day only, during the maintenance of this car for us, no Check of the car was done with us, we had to pay directly, and when it was necessary to return it, the negotiations then began, with a phone flash to look at 2mm from the bodywork for the slightest small non-existent scratch!!! It lasted more than 2 hours!!! And the person in charge didn't even bring back the driver's license!!! Unacceptable, to flee, too bad it happens like this. We came back without our papers. Also, My friend was threatened to delete his notice and put a good notice to be able to recover his driver's license Never go there

  This is very good, professional and fair priced contact to make business with. We rented a car which got brought to us and was in good shape and condition. Communication is very fast and fluent and easy. Also for the last day we got provided with a driver who brought us safely to more remote locations on Lombok and thus made the trip more easy and enjoyable.
