  Texted with them a few days prior to arrival about pick / drop off and bike rental. First pick up driver left and the bike was not ready. After going back and forth for a while bike was promised for next day morning. Did get delivered 90 min late also without helmet and also different bike than stated. Overall not happy and a lot of time wasted texting / calling.
